99% of our shipments arrive within 7 -14 business days. Please be patient, but do contact us if your order hasn't arrived after that timeframe. We'll rectify the situation!

Delivery Confirmation

All successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail or SMS confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail within 3 days of purchase, please check your spam filter and other folders, or contact us for confirmation. We usually process and ship orders the next business day (not including holidays or weekends).


Cancellation and Amendments

If you need to cancel your order, or make amendments to the delivery details (such as name and/or address), please contact us as soon as possible. We will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order after it has shipped, so get in touch at support@goheadbands.com or our Contact Us page.
