Answers regarding payment options

We accept most major credit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. At this moment in time we do not accept Paypal.

All prices are inclusive of taxes, so there will be no surprise charges at checkout.


Answers regarding our headbands

Our headbands are designed to be one size fits all. We've had customers concerned that their heads might be too big or too small, but invariably they've found the headbands fit fine.

But we make you a nothing-to-lose promise: If you find the headband isn't a good fit for you, just let us know and we'll provide you a full refund. You can buy with complete peace of mind.

All the headbands we have in stock are what you see on the website. However, we are developing new designs and always keen to hear new ideas. So if you have one, please let us know!

Our headbands are designed for all seasons: light enough for summer, and a touch of welcome coverage for colder weather. They are not designed for extreme temperatures, in which case you may want to consider a more tailored option.

No, our headbands are not waterproof. But the sweat-wicking material they are made from will ensure relatively fast drying.


Answers regarding delivery

Shipping is always free on orders containing four headbands or more. Our current delivery costs for smaller orders can be viewed on our shipping page.

We process all orders within 1 - 2 business days. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your order has been handed off to the courier service.

The easiest way to track your delivery is to visit our delivery status page, which includes your estimated delivery date. If you have any queries over your delivery, please feel free to contact us.  

Typically, orders are delivered within 5 - 10 business days of dispatch.


Answers regarding returns & refunds

Yes. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we'll provide instructions for returning an item. You can read our full returns policy here.

You can order risk-free. The 30 day guarantee is effective from the day you receive your order. If you are unhappy with it for any reason, just let us know and we'll make things right, whether that means a return, a refund, or another solution that works for you.


Answers regarding problems

Sometimes vigorous email protection settings can prevent our automated emails from getting through to your inbox. Please check your other folders (e.g. spam, trash, promotions) to ensure your order or shipping confirmation emails were not filtered there by mistake, or run a search in your email for 'goheadbands'.

If you do find our email has been incorrectly filtered, please whitelist our email address ('mark as not spam') to ensure future emails are successfully delivered to your inbox.

The vast majority of orders arrive within our stated timeframe of 5 - 10 business days after dispatch. Please check our delivery status page to see if your order is on time.

If it is outside the estimated delivery date and you have not received your order, please let us know and we'll look into it and make things right.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify your order. We cannot amend or cancel orders after they have been dispatched.
