What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept card payments via Shopify Payments, as well as Paypal. All purchases are protected by SSL encryption and the full buyer protection of your card issuer.


What are the shipping costs?

We provide FREE worldwide shipping on all orders!


When will my order ship? 

We aim to process and ship all orders the next business day. This can increase if we're waiting on new stock or if it's busy season (e.g. Christmas run-up). 


Can I track my delivery?

The easiest way to track your delivery is to visit our tracking page here. You'll know when it's in transit and when the estimated delivery date is. If you have any queries over your delivery, please feel free to contact us.  


How long does shipping take?

Orders usually take 5 - 10 working days to deliver in the continental USA or Europe, and 7 - 14 working days for Canada. Please allow for delays if there are local COVID-19 restrictions in place. All shipping is free and insured. In other words, if your order hasn't arrived in that timeframe, let us know and we'll immediately rectify the situation!


Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled (i.e. already in the post on its way to you). Please contact us as soon as you can and we'll cancel it if it hasn't already been processed.


What currency do you use?

Our store processes all orders in British pounds (GBP). We use an automatic currency converter on the site to give you the equivalent price in your local currency, but final checkout will always be processed in GBP.


Do I have to pay VAT?

Our prices include the cost of VAT, so you don't have to worry about that.


A discount didn't apply for my order. What do I do?

Sometimes adblockers and other browser scripts can stop our discount codes from functioning. If this happens, please let us know and we'll fix things for you!


What is your return policy?
