We currently accept card payments via Apple Pay and Shopify Payments. All purchases are protected by SSL encryption and the full buyer protection of your card issuer.
When will my order ship?
We aim to process and ship all orders the next business day. This can increase if we're waiting on new stock or if it's busy season.
Can I track my delivery?
The easiest way to track your delivery is to visit our tracking page here. You'll know when it's in transit and when the estimated delivery date is. If you have any queries over your delivery, please feel free to contact us.
How long does shipping take?
Orders take 7 - 14 working days to deliver to the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Please allow for delays if there are local COVID-19 restrictions in place.
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled (i.e. already in the post on its way to you). Please contact us as soon as you can and we'll cancel it if it hasn't already been processed.
Do I have to pay VAT?
No - all our prices are VAT-inclusive, so there's no surprise charge at checkout.
A discount didn't apply for my order. What do I do?
Sometimes ad-blockers and other browser scripts can stop our discount codes from functioning. If this happens, please let us know and we'll fix things for you!
