Ordering

We currently accept card payments via Apple Pay and Shopify Payments. All purchases are protected by SSL encryption and the full buyer protection of your card issuer.

We believe in selling the best products available and back that up with an iron-clad 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t have a positive shopping experience with GoHeadbands, we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% delighted and satisfied with your purchase. Just get in contact with us and we'll make things right.

No, all our prices are inclusive of VAT.

You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled (i.e. already in the post on its way to you).  Please get in touch at our contact page and we'll cancel it if it hasn't already been processed.

Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders containing two headbands or more. For single headband orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on location.

All placed orders are processed and sent out by our team within 1 - 2 business days. Dispatched orders will be delivered within 5 - 10 business days. In the unlikely circumstance that your parcel does not arrive in that timeframe, please contact us.

At present we deliver to the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK.

You can track your order by visiting our tracking page and entering the email address you checked out with and your order number.

Troubleshooting

99% of our orders arrive within 3 - 7 business days of dispatch via Yodel. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, or if you have another issue with your order, please contact us and we'll investigate and rectify the situation asap.

We send automatic emails/texts after an item has been ordered and shipped. If you have not received these emails, please check your spam folders and whitelist our email address. Alternatively, check your phone to see whether we sent your confirmations via a text instead (as we do for customers who use phone numbers rather than email). If you can't find the emails, please contact us and we'll resend them.
